Middleton Elementary Afternoon Dismissal Proceedures

Students may not be checked out of school after 2:45
2 Loads: 1^st load bell rings at 3:00 2^nd load bell rings at approximately 3:06

FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR STUDENTS:

DO NOT PARK IN THE PARKING LOT DURING AFTERNOON DISMISSAL
Remain in your car at all times. Students will be escorted to their vehicle by an adult.
DO NOT BACK OUT OF THE CAR LINE. All cars will move forward to exit the campus.
DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH THE FACULTY PARKING LOT.
DO NOT CHANGE LANES AFTER YOU ARE IN LINE.

Proceedures:

1^st load cars may pull up in front of the school by the flagpole no earlier than 2:40
2^nd load cars will wait on Robin Cirlce, right before the faculty drive.
When 1^st load begins leaving campus, 2^nd load cars will pull up to the curve in Faculty drive

and STOP. Pull around to the flagpole after all 1^st load cars have departed. bus

For younger students, please make sure they can identify their vehicle in the pick-up line.
If your child does not come out to you to be picked up, tell an adult on bus duty BEFORE the buses leave campus.
If you are going to be late picking your child up, please call the office and let them know.
If your child is not going home their normal way, send a note to school.

MORNING ARRIVAL PROCEEDURES

School doors will not be unlocked until 7:00 each morning, therefore students MUST NOT BE DROPPED OFF UNTIL 7:00 AND ONE OF OUR MES STAFF IS OUT THERE.
The 1^st car in the drop-off line MUST pull up to the sidewalk and unload their child so the 2^nd & 3^rd car can unload AT THE SAME TIME
There is one line of traffic. DO NOT PASS
In order to keep the line moving, please have your child ready to exit the vehicle...HAVE EVERYTHING PACKED UP & READY
After 8:00 you MUST walk your child in to the school and sign them in.
Your child will walk IN FRONT OF YOUR VEHICLE to the sidewalk, not behind the vehicle.
Students MUST be at school by 7:45 to eat breakfast at school.
